Technology- The use of technology in the event facilitates the communication and reduces the time. Moreover, the all information regarding the event should be recorded. Conclusion: On the completion of the report, it can be mentioned that in order to make the event more successful, the event planner or the developers should consider the challenges that could affect the execution of the event such as supplier selection, possible risk, time communication and operational issues, focus on the target group and innovation and creativity.
